Born 1871 to Joseph Samuel Warren and Rebecca Gilbert (Harvey) in Budleigh Salterton.
Living with parents and siblings in High Street Budleigh Salterton and went to Liverpool and married Lucy Cox in 1910 in Kenilworth, Warwickshire. There were no children of the marriage.
He is not remembered here in Budleigh Salterton but while researching his brother Edward Harry Warren it was found that he had also been killed in action.
